Enjoy a summer away from home at Sugarloaf Cottages. Our rates are affordable for you to bring your whole family to the lake. All our cabins are clean with full AC and FREE Wi-Fi. You won't find another resort quite like ours.
Memorial Day Through Labor Day Rates
Weekly rentals only except the first 2 weeks of June and last 2 weeks of August. Weeks run Saturday to Saturday. Daily rates are the weekly rates divided by 7 but are subject to availability. All rates don't include 10% Shasta County motel tax.
One bedroom cottage (#5 - 12)

Two bedroom townhouse (#1 - 3)

$300 deposit is needed for small cottages and $500 for large cottages.
A 3% Convenience Fee will be added for all credit card usage.
Off Season Rates
This starts Labor Day to the Thursday before Memorial Day. There is a minimum 2-night stay required. All rates don't include 10% Shasta County motel tax.
One bedroom cottage (#5 -12)
- 2 person: Daily rate: $159.50 Weekly rate: $1,116.50
- 3 persons: Daily rate: $170.50 Weekly rate: $1,193.50
- 4 persons: Daily rate: $181.50 Weekly rate: $1,270.50
- 5 persons: Daily rate: $198 Weekly rate: $1,386
- 6 persons: Daily rate: $209 Weekly rate: $1,463
Two bedroom townhouse (#1 - 3)
- Up to 8 persons: Daily rate: $266.20 Weekly rate: $1,863.40
Three bedroom, two bath cottage (#4 and 14 - 16)
- Up to 8 persons (#16): Daily rate: $266.20 Weekly rate: $1,863.40
- Up to 10 persons (#4 and #15): Daily rate: $302.50 Weekly rate: $2,117.50
- Up to 12 persons (#14): Daily rate: $335.50 Weekly rate: $2,348.50
$300 deposit is needed for small cottages and $500 for large cottages.
Important Details
- Boat moorage is included with each cabin. Extra slips are $10 per night, subject to availability
- PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO DATE OF ARRIVAL
- Cancellations received 60 days or more prior to arrival will result in a 50% refund of your deposit
- Cancellations made less than 60 days will get NO REFUND this includes all natural disasters
- We recommend if you have a concern to look into buying travel insurance
- No reductions will be made for late arrivals, early departures, or weather conditions
- Maximum occupancy per cottage is enforced, this includes all ages
- Visitors are welcome, but for the comfort and privacy of paying guests, we cannot allow the use of facilities, dock, or upper deck
- PLEASE NOTE YOUR DEPOSIT IN ITSELF INDICATES ACCEPTANCE OF THE ABOVE POLICIES
- Towel exchanges done daily - 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Kitchen and bathroom towels provided. Guests need to provide towels for swimming pool and lake use
- Pool open seasonally from May 15th - October 31st
- All cabins are non-smoking
Due to Federal Laws and Guidelines that we fall under, Sugarloaf Cottages Resort CANNOT allow for the smoking of marijuana in the cabins or anywhere on the property. This includes the dock.
